Facility Condition Assessment: The FCA is a non-destructive assessment of the readily accessible areas of a commercial building. The objective of the assessment is to determine the current condition of the major components & systems, and identify potential life-safety hazards. Additionally, a records search and aerial imagery are included in the Facility Condition Report.

Life Safety Inspection: A life safety inspection is performed to ensure the safety of a building's occupants. The inspection includes the building's construction, first responder access, fire protection systems that monitor the risks of & protection from fire/smoke, and the emergency egress features such as doors, signage, lights, etc. Aerial imagery is generally included in a Life Safety Inspection.

A narrative/checklist inspection report is submitted electronically, including a summary of any recommended repairs, life-safety issues, deferred maintenance items and/or photos.
*Non-recreational aerial imagery requires a FAA Certified UAS Remote Pilot. (Source: FAA)
