Home Inspection: When purchasing a home, it's important to understand the current condition of the home's major components and systems before completing the purchase. A home inspection includes the readily-accessible, visible components of the property - including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, built-in appliances, interior, exterior, roof, grounds, attic and foundation/structural components. When permissible, a drone is used for aerial photography and/or inspection of inaccessible areas.

Loss Comtrol Survey The purpose of an insurance lost control survey is to identify life-safety and major system issues with the property and take corrective action before a loss occurs, thereby providing a safer environment for your home and/or place of business. Four-Point: A Florida 4-point inspection examines the current condition of a residence, reviewing four major systems: roofing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Wind Mitigation: The Florida wind mitigation inspection enables homeowners to receive discounts based on certain building attributes. If your home meets certain criteria, you could receive a substantial discount on your insurance premium.
From: $325

Roof Certification: The Florida roof certification inspection is often requested by Homeowner Insurance Companies to determine if the roof is nearing the end of its functional life - the inspection is normally completed by a Florida licensed home inspector. After the inspection, a 2-page report with photos describes any damage, repairs, and/or other issues that may be pertinent to the roof. Generally, insurance companies require that the roof have 5 years or more of useful life.
From: $200

Experience: An experienced Florida home inspector has the knowledge to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision; the inspection should be completed honestly and objectively by an independent 3rd-party, and comply with the State of Florida Home Inspection Standards of Practice.
